Jun Hair Studio (“we,” “us,” the “studio”) is a private, one-chair hair studio in Bellevue, Washington. This policy explains what we collect when you join the list or reach out, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the studio small, and we treat your information the same way.

What we collect

When you ask for a place on the list, you may give us:

• Your name and mobile number — so Jun’s studio can reach you when a chair opens.
• The services you’re drawn to — to understand what you’re looking for.
• A portrait, if you choose to share one — entirely optional, so Jun can study your features, texture, and lines before you sit down.

We also keep basic technical information needed to run the site, including a single sign-in cookie that keeps you recognized on your device. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use what you share only to:

• Contact you about your place on the list and, later, your appointments.
• Let Jun prepare for your visit by reviewing the portrait you sent.
• Operate, secure, and improve the studio’s site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your portrait

A photo you send is seen by Jun alone. It is stored privately, never shown publicly, and never shared. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Text messages

We use your number to text you about your spot and your appointments — not for promotions. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

How we store and protect it

Your information is held with reputable infrastructure providers and protected with access controls and reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your details to the studio.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re on the list or a guest of the studio, and for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we’re required to keep certain records.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Just contact us using the details below and we’ll take care of it.

Children

The studio’s site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page.
